The Process
Discovery/Inspirations: create the design concept to fit the branding guidelines. This is going to give you a simple idea of how the site will look like and function.
Design: after the concept is approved, we’re going to take the layout, and turn it into something beautiful! by adding the content and images. This design will result in a more engaging user experience and ensure your customers get a consistent brand image across all devices.
Content preparation and SEO Integration: The client knows best what their business is about, and should have first say in how they are portrayed online. That is why the client must provide the content. However, at TES, we help clients polish their website copy so that it is correct, readable, and deliberately meaningful. We can also provide ongoing copywriting and editing support at an additional cost. Likewise the appropriate keywords and meta tag information should be included into the code. This means awareness and creation of the principles required to help your website list higher in the search results of Google, Yahoo, Bing and all other engines.
Legal Compliance Integration: be aware that as a website owner, you are required to comply with Internet privacy laws. At TES, we provide not only the functionality requirements like the Cookies and Data Storage Consent but also may help – if needed – with licensed documentation (like privacy policy, terms & conditions, and other disclosures) that you might need for protection against legal liability.
Prepare for Launch: during this final phase of the project we’re going to spend some time testing the site. As soon as the site is approved by you (the client) we’ll proceed with:
- Set your own server on a fast, secure and high performance host like Flywheel which provides specifically services for WordPress and is powered by the Google Cloud Platform
- Pointing the domain to the new server. If you are using the domain in your email, we’ll synchronize the process with you to be sure everything stays working as usual.
- Finally we set up the final sitemap and submit them on Google and Bing.
After that is the time where you get to show off your new awesome website to the word.
